Statuesque fronds emerging purple-flushed in spring, maturing to green, with rich russet autumn tints. Loves permanently moist ground and pond margins.
Reaches around 100-150cm tall and 100cm wide. Prefers part shade or full shade in moist, humus-rich soil. Hardiness H6 (-20°C).
