Delivery FAQs
When will my plants be dispatched?
When will my plants be dispatched?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We deliberately do not ship on Saturdays to ensure your live plants aren’t left sitting in a dark courier depot. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be carefully watered and looked after at our nursery until dispatch on the following Monday.

How much is delivery and who do you use?
Delivery is free on orders over £85, with standard rates starting at £4.95 (or £8.95 for smaller orders under £30). We primarily use APC Overnight, along with DPD Local and Royal Mail Tracked 24, to ensure your plants arrive safely and quickly. Delivery is typically 1-3 working days from dispatch.
Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain only. At this time, we are unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.
What happens if I am not home to receive my plants?
What happens if I am not home to receive my plants?
The courier will typically attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please try to retrieve and unbox your plants as soon as possible! Plants left in a cardboard box for an extended period may deteriorate, and we cannot accept responsibility for plants left uncollected.

Because live plants are a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind once your order has been dispatched. Please make sure you are happy with your selection before placing your order!

My plant has arrived with no leaves. Is it dead?
If you have ordered in autumn or winter, your plant is almost certainly just dormant! Many outdoor plants, drop their leaves and sleep through the colder months. They may look like bare twigs, but this is completely normal and actually the best time to plant them.
Plant Care
My plant looks a bit tired after transit, what should I do?
My plant looks a bit tired after transit, what should I do?
Plants can occasionally experience a little stress from being in a box during transit. If your plant arrives looking slightly wilted or unhappy, don't panic. Unbox it immediately, give it a drink if the soil feels dry, and follow the included care instructions. Give it 7 days to recover—they bounce back remarkably fast! If it hasn't recovered after a week, get in touch with us.
