All plants are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to plant. If your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Every product page tells you the sun requirements, hardiness, and pot size — so you can match the plant to your space before you buy.
How much is delivery and who do you use?
How much is delivery and who do you use?
Delivery is free on orders over £85, with standard rates starting at £4.95 (or £8.95 for smaller orders under £30). We primarily use APC Overnight, along with DPD Local and Royal Mail Tracked 24, to ensure your plants arrive safely and quickly. Delivery is typically 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Each listing clearly states the pot size it's supplied in — ranging from 1L right up to 5L. This tells you roughly how established the plant is when it arrives

Due to the perishable nature of plants we can't accept returns for change of mind. However if there's a quality issue we'll always do our best to resolve it — just get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
